In honor of the upcoming 70th anniversary of the Victory by American and Soviet forces in World War II, RAYA Seattle Chapter and UW Phi Alpha Theta will be showing a 2013 Russian film, "Stalingrad", with English subtitles.
Stalingrad is a drama set in 1942, during one of the most important battles of World War II. A band of Russian soldiers fight to hold a strategic building in their devastated city against a ruthless German army, and in the process become deeply connected to two Russian women who have been living there.
